We are an artisanal bakery that is going on the 12th year of operating a successful storefront on Cookman Ave in downtown Asbury Park.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Candidates applying must have a minimum of 1 year baking/production/customer service experience in a retail/commercial bakery.  
  • Baker is responsible for the baking and finishing of all baked goods sold in our retail storefront such as cheesecakes, croissants, cupcakes, cookies, cakes, pastries, brownies and more.
  • Produce product according to Confections of a Rockstar Brand.
  • Work independently and as a team.
  • Create and follow recipes according to Confections of a Rockstar Brand.
  • Accurate production numbers based on product demand.
  • Rotation and inventory of all ingredients and baked goods (FiFO)
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist clients in the front of the store with amazing customer service.
  • Answer phone calls and take orders when needed.
  • Understand and follow all health code regulations and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain strong communication with co-workers.
  • Lifting 50+ pounds.
  • Help with creation of new items.

  • Sticker and Stamp boxes, bags etc.

 Full-time & Part-time available

Experience: Baking: 1 year (Required)
